[cisco-voip] CallManager 7.1 Bulk IP Phone Service subscription to all phones

I could swear there was a way to push a IP Phone Service (Services button) to all phones?  Using CallManager 7.1 and 7945/7965 SIP image. I have it on a single phone and it works great, now I want all phones to have it.
