[cisco-voip] Restart MOH Translator

How do I restart the MOH Audio Translator on CM 6.X/7.X. I have uploaded
a new MOH file to a CallManager and it says "Opening /mohprep/newmoh".
The status has been the same for 30 minutes. The file is 1.5mb.
