[cisco-voip] One Way Audio after Conference Established

Dear All,

I have 3 PBX systems in the environment:
1. CCM 4.2
2. Nortel
3. Antek

Antek is using H323 connection to CCM, Nortel is connected to the C3845
gateway and also using H323 connection to CCM.

when Nortel phone 1 makes a call to Nortel phone 2 and then conferecne Antek
phone, the conference work fine.
when IP Phone1 makes a call to IP Phone2 and then conference Antek phone,
the conference work fine.
when IP Phone makes a call to Antek phone and then conference Nortel phone,
the conference work fine.

But.. when IP Phone makes a call to Nortel phone and then conference Antek
phone, the conference established ok, however the Antek phone can't hear the
other 2 parties.

Both the H323 gateways (nortel and antek) are configured the same device
pool and same region in CCM.

Is there anything to do with the "Media Termination Point Required" setting
in gateway configuration?

Any comments will be very welcomed.
