[cisco-voip] CUPC 8

Hi, has anyone installed CUPS8 and CUPC8 in an environment? I am having an issue with CCMCIP not working when checking the health of the client. The messages I get (4 of them) is: "device error. Failed to authenticate to CCMSIP server", and another one which is something like "Device initialization error".
Any help on this would be appreciated.
