[cisco-voip] MGCP GW logs and autocfg endpoint

From your CUCM publisher's CLI run this command and provide the output:
run sql select pkid,name,tkmodel from device where name = 'AN168DD75E80FFF'

Are you sure this is an MGCP gateway?  The virtual endpoint is typically seen with vg224 sccp devices when the sccp auto-config is enabled.
