[cisco-voip] Radius billing

We want to use Radius accounting for our platform. In our infrastructure we have 2 SIP proxies and multiple CUBE planned. 
Which of the components needs to be the source for our billing software? The SIP proxies or all CUBEs? Or both? 

In my opinion only the CUBEs are required to get the right billing information.
