[cisco-voip] Mobile Connect with Phone Proxy

Thanks Jason and Ted,

It was the Rerouting CSS. I had it correct on my sample profile, customer
skipped that setting and I neglected to review it (looked at the line css
only).
I need to adjust the timers, the remote phone ring are delayed.
