[cisco-voip] iLBC Transcoder... FORCE ILBC for some calls???

OK, I have a 6608 and a 7965 remotely over a VPN.

I have enabled an IOS Enhanced Xcoder... It is never invoked. The region
says G.728/ILBC and it is set to lossy...

And all calls are going out as G.729...

The 6608 doesn't support ilbc, but the 65 does... I have enabled the service
parameters:

iLBC Codec Enabled: Enabled for all devices
Default InterRegion Codec: G.728

But still 729...

The quality is horrible using 729... the customer is demanding ilbc (that is
why they bought the 7965s and 62s....) but if the phone will always default
to 729...


How???
