[cisco-voip] Change WAV format

If you are trying to make them smaller, use the G.711 A-Law, G.711 Mu-Law are the ones that you want. Please not the will most likely lose some call quality. Let us know what software you are going to use, I might need to do a few files myself.

How many files are you going to convert?

I have been tasked with making the voicemail WAV files smaller. Does anyone have any recommendations on which format to use? I do not want to change it and cause issues for the clients.
