[cisco-voip] CME 7.1 7912 cannot perform on-hook dialing any more

Hi, i have recently upgraded my 2851 cme so it can support 7925 devices.
No it is running c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-24.T2.bin hence CUCME 7.1.
Customer told me, that they connect dial on-hook with their 7912 devices 
anymore!!

Anyone has come to this before?
