[cisco-voip] Attendant Console Issue

All,

 

I have a problem with Attendant Console (version 6.1). When doing a
directory number search, the users for 2 of our 30 remote branches are
showing up with a question mark. 

 

It seems to only affect these 2 specific branches and occurred after we
added 2 additional subscribers to our cluster.

 

The user profiles have the correct DN number. Is it worth restarting the
Attendant Console service for the entire cluster?
