[cisco-voip] MAC address for SCCP controlled VIC3-2FXS-E/DIDcard

That's from the old days when you used the MAC address in the
registration name of the device.  Now you simply put the name in the
'associate profile x register <NAME>' command.  The NAME historically
was mac based but is no longer required to be in that naming
convention.
