Ok. Great.  Here's something to get you started.  I'd recommend the following guide though for more in-depth detail:

1.       I'd suggest setting up the PRI on the Cisco Gateway as the "Network" side.  That way the Shoretel setup will be just like a standard PRI setup.

a.       Hopefully you or your "Shortel guy" can turn up that end for you

2.       Setup your PRI controller
Controller T1 0/3/1
  framing esf
  linecode b8zs
  cablelength long 0db
  pri-group timeslots 1-24
  description PRI to shoretel

3.       Setup the pots dial-peer
dial-peer voice 1 pots
  incoming called-number 1
  direct-inward-dial

dial-peer voice 2 pots
  destination-pattern .T
  port 0/3/1

No problem.

The H.323 config is going to be pretty standard regardless if the other system is a Shoretel, Nortel, Mitel, other.  There's just some h323 config particulars depending on the layer 1/2 technology.
