[cisco-voip] CUCM Upgrade

Check Cisco.com for the upgrade docs.

Personally I stick with the x.1 train.  So I'm on 6.1 and will move to 7.1.
 when 8 comes out I will wait until 8.1.

if I were you, I would move to 7.1 which is fairly easy as it's more like an
update.

But check to make sure all your other apps support it.
