[cisco-voip] Can't Update User on Call Manager

Thanks everyone.  Finally got it to add the RP after restarting the entire cluster and doing four (4) Jtapi Resyncs.  Actually did the add while it was in the process of the last Resync and that's when it finally allowed the RP to be added.  I'm now going to go drink heavily...

Yes, deleted the entire route point on Call Manager and then deleted the Unassigned DN under Route Plan Report.  Even changed to several different DNs in IPCC and get the same message every time.  My guess is that DC Directory - or whatever it's called - is having some kind of issue on Call Manager
