Are you getting number and not name? if so the above should fix that provided you are on a new IOS version.
If you aren't getting anything can do show us a debug isdn q931 output for an incoming call?

The other possibility could be that you are blocking the info in call manager somewhere. I've never done that but I think you could do that at the gateway level or translation pattern level.

I cannot get incoming CLID to be presented on the phone.  We have a 2821 with isdn.  Does anyone know of a command I can use to get this to work?
