[cisco-voip] Silence with Nortel integration

Check if you see voice packets going to/from DSP during the call to Nortel:
sh voice dsp acti

Of course you have to figure out which DSP is used for your test call.

Check on both sides if Cisco and Nortel are using the same voice channel.

There are some differences in how Cisco and Nortel counts voice channel
I think starting from 17th in case of different flavours of QSIG
configured on Nortel. So you might want to check that too. There are few
documents regarding this on cisco.com.

If nothing helps tells us what model of Nortel you have and show at
least what is configured on Cisco.
