Hmm.
So on a "debug isdn q931" you see the CLID, but you don't see it on the receiving phone?
What version CUCM? Version of IOS?

Hi Vince,
All this information has been very helpful!! Thank you!!
Another quick question; we are not able to receive CLID from the ShoreTel caller. Our debug shows that ShoreTel is presenting CLID. Here is our PRI:
interface Serial0/2/0:23
no ip address
encapsulation hdlc
isdn switch-type primary-qsig
isdn timer T310 120000
isdn protocol-emulate network
isdn incoming-voice voice
isdn supp-service name calling profile Network-Extension operation-value-tag local
no cdp enable
We had to put isdn supp-service name calling profile Network-Extension operation-value-tag local to get CLIN to show up.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!!

Ok. Great. Here's something to get you started. I'd recommend the following guide though for more in-depth detail:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk652/tk90/technologies_tech_note09186a008010ae1c.shtml
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk652/tk90/technologies_tech_note09186a008010fed1.shtml
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk652/tk653/technologies_tech_note09186a00801142f8.shtml
1. I'd suggest setting up the PRI on the Cisco Gateway as the "Network" side. That way the Shoretel setup will be just like a standard PRI setup.
a. Hopefully you or your "Shortel guy" can turn up that end for you
2. Setup your PRI controller
Controller T1 0/3/1
framing esf
linecode b8zs
cablelength long 0db
pri-group timeslots 1-24
description PRI to shoretel
3. Setup the pots dial-peer
dial-peer voice 1 pots
incoming called-number 1
direct-inward-dial
dial-peer voice 2 pots
destination-pattern .T
port 0/3/1

No problem.
The H.323 config is going to be pretty standard regardless if the other system is a Shoretel, Nortel, Mitel, other. There's just some h323 config particulars depending on the layer 1/2 technology.

Hi,
Has anyone had any experience connecting a ShoreTel system to a CallManager environment through a h.323 gateway? If so, what are the commands on the gateway?
Thanks for the help.
