[cisco-voip] "shared line" alarm after configured BAT

Hi Arnold,

 

It means that its now a shared line (meaning if you rang that number more than one device would ring (Depending), I would run a dial plan report and find out what the line is being shared across.

after i configured default forwarding number in BAT in ALL directory number configuration

came up alarm "SHARED LINE" in all directory number configuration, actually there is no share line in any directory number.

 

how to remove this alarm?
