[cisco-voip] Unity Connection with Unified Messaging Q4 2010

Do you frontend any Offices / Numbers with Unity Call handlers?
If voicemail is down / unreachable, do your customer calls get answered?   I
realize that those types of calls should be in IPCCX, but alot of them end
up just being simple voicemail menu's.
