[cisco-voip] New to me RTMT Message

At Wed Aug 04 11:15:54 CDT 2010 on node 10.10.3.51, the following
SyslogSeverityMatchFound events generated: SeverityMatch - Alert kernel:
IpVms: DelRxAudio: Signal error(-22) usr RX sig(39) id(399) 
 
Not seen that one before.  Can anyone define this one a bit?  Or rate
the severity?
