[cisco-voip] cal forward all

CFwdAll is a line setting.  I am pretty sure you can't use the CFwdALL
button for anything but the Primary line on your phone.  You can
manually forward the other lines in Call Manager admin or CCM user page.

Hi ;

I have cisco 7961 configuring with 4 Line DN. My problem is when I
activate the call forward to another phone only  the call coming to
default DN forward but they other call coming to other DN still ringing
in the phone.

CCM version 6.0
