You were right Lelio.
Ended up doing the intelligent thing that I should have done when I
first saw this.. just set up a new phone in ccmadmin with that mac
address using the most common model we have (7960). It registered and
now I have an IP address I can track down.
I was making it harder on myself than I needed to (again).
