[cisco-voip] UCM install media question

Unfortunately the 80 level part number only reflects the 
major/minor/maint version number, i.e. 6.1.4.  We cannot easily say 
which build of 6.1.4 is on the disk.  You may be able to mount the disk, 
find a version number, and match that to a version number in the tool 
Ryan cited.

Otherwise, just download 6.1.4a from Cisco.com.
