[cisco-voip] Dial-peer configuration

I have a situation where I have hundreds of 1-800 numbers arriving at
various PRI's. I have the ability from the telco to move the 800 numbers
around and provide an ordered list of what PRI's the numbers should roll to
if there is a problem with the first one. I need to configure all of the
H.323 gateways to accept any of the inbound 800 numbers and forward them to
call manager. The telco is only sending 4 digits. Some of the inbound
numbers match my PSTN access code which is 9 and 7. Will configuring the
dial-peers this way cause a problem with overlapping digits? I don't want
the inbound 4 digit numbers to match the POTS dial peers and then fail the
call.
