[cisco-voip] cisco 7911 stuck in upgrading after factory resetattempt

Just to confirm it is a bad phone I opened a phone once "7940" that was
POE and displaying this strange error message "if Ethernet is
disconnected then how come your are powered up Mr. crazy IP Phone J" but
it turned out to be that some PINs of the Ethernet module on the phone
is damaged/not soldiered very well and causes this...your only way is
RMA or to play with the Ethernet port if you have enough time J.
