[cisco-voip] CUCM v7 & phone agents (end user or app user?)

Our phone agents log into IPCCx using the phone with a unique ID (for  
each phone in our case). This is the ID I'm talking about. The ID  
would have a primary extension assigned to it and these phones would  
be controlled by the userID you mention. I think. ;)
