[cisco-voip] MOH wav file

Well, It's definitely reproducible on all current versions. I tried
using quotes on the filename (always get error "no such file or
directory can be found"). I also tried retrieving the entire directory
(file get activelog mohprep/*) and even that does not get the file.
More pending.
