Not sure what your trying to achieve here, are you trying to transfer an
active call while another call arrives? Just that you mention transfer and
call forward in the same sentence?
If you are on a call when a call arrives the phone focuses on that new call
so your phones softkey template changes to "ring in" layout. All you need to
do is use the arrows on your phone to focus on the active call which will
then bring back the "connected" softkey layout. Then you can transfer the
call.
