[cisco-voip] Install CUCM 8.0(2c) in ESXi

I've heard of problems with processor, motherboard, and NIC problems using
any of the VMware ESX/ESXi versions that require 64bit.  You can try giving
it more than 80 GB and try 2GB of RAM or larger as well.
