FYI it was the application user did not have permission for AXL. Everything is working fine now.

Everything is setup I verified everything and they are running, when I try to login it says User Doesn't Exist or password incorrect....

I am not sure about the URL. But I would check the following:

-Make sure the AXL service is activated on UCM.
-Make sure the user you are using has the appropriate permissions. (I think there are AXL specific user groups)

I created a AXL userID of "Meetingplace" set the password, for the AXL URL I put https://172.25.1.18:8443/axl/

Is the URL the correct layout?

When I select "update now" and "perform full sync with Cisco Unified Communications Manager" it says that it worked, but I see no users, and I cannot login via my login - I can only use the logins that we created in Meeting Place.

I have tried changing the Hostname for Active Directory Service from the call manager IP and AD server.

What should I check now?

The directory integration would need to be an AXL integration with UCM 5.0 and later. Otherwise, you can just point WebEx to the same LDAP server you are using with UCM manager (IF you are doing that at all).

We are using 7.1.3.100000, I did not see that, and our rep thought that it was.

What version of CUCM are you using? Anything past 5.x is not an ldap server.

We have been setting up a Demo WebEx server internally. Everything is working except for the LDAP configuration. When we do an update for the Ldap against the callmanager it says everything was successful but we have nothing showing up and we cannot login with our Ldap credentials.

Anyone have any pointers?
