[cisco-voip] Unity Conn 7 and NON-DID boxes

I am having an issue with Unity Conn 7. I have several extensions that are NON-DID, for some reason they are not working for voicemail any longer. When you call the extension of 12196 - Unity answers and asks for the mailbox, it cannot find the mailbox.

Any suggestions?
