[cisco-voip] Unity Conn 7 and NON-DID boxes

A call reaches a VM box through the forwarded rule "send to  
greeting" (or something like that).

You have to make sure:

- the call is being forwarded to the voicemail ports
- the original forwarded DN has a voicemail box (configurable)
- the VM profile does not modify the DN in such a way that makes it  
not match it's VM box primary or alternate extensions

Some things to consider.

Check out the port status monitor tool on ciscounitytools.com - it  
might help you begin troubleshooting.
