[cisco-voip] IPCCX Error: com.cisco.file.FileException: Unable to list files; Repository Data Store not initialized

hi,

The complete message is as:
"com.cisco.file.FileException: Unable to list files; Repository Data Store
not initialized"

I did check the "Control Center > Components Activation" and both the "CRS
Engine and CRS Node Manager" are license but the error is still appearing
when accessing the "Application > Prompt, Grammar or Document Management".

Should the "SQLAgent$CRSSQL" and "MSSQL$CRSSQL" be running?

Both CallManager and IPCCX are co-located on the same server.

Running: CCM v4.2(3) and IPCCX 4.0(4)
