Hello,

Have you tried setting up an IP phone service for the Personal Address Book instead? I believe that would work as you desire since you can specify the user ID and PIN.

HI Ahmed,

Good catch. No, it looks like users still have to authenticate. However, the only 'valid' authentication is the user currently logged into the phone.  From the defect:
"Personal Address Book only allows users who are logged in to EM, to use only their ID and PIN to access Personal Address Book."
