[cisco-voip] Disable call processing on publisher

Hi

We are planning to disable call processing on our publisher and only use 
the subscribers for that, would want to have a check list so we dont miss 
anything.

We have reconfigured dial peers on our h323 gateways, will remove 
publisher from the CM_group what else do we need to reconfigure before we 
can shut down the call processing?
