[cisco-voip] 2621XM DPNSS connection to legacy PBX

I've not tried but supposedly:

. Maintains DPNSS supplementary services when connecting QSIG into Cisco 
Unified Communications Manager

Otherwise and in my previous experience all DPNSS integrations 
terminated on a non-cisco box such as the Westells or Checkmate that 
converted to voip protocol such as SCCP.
