[cisco-voip] Cisco Phone Designer port numbers used??

Does anyone know if Phone Designer needs any certain ports opened to
push a wallpaper / ringtone to a 9971 SIP phone?

I can load up phone designer and have personalization enabled on my
phone, but when I go to apply the wallpaper or ringtone change to the
phone it tries for a second and saids Communication failure and there
isn't anything blocking traffic between the network the phone is on
and my PC or the call manager.
