[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 8 IMAP authentication fails usingLDAPs

Are you using FQDN or ip addresses for the AD Domain Controllers in the LDAP configuration?

We had TAC tell us to use the FQDN, restart IMAP server and DIRSYNC service, then it worked.
