[cisco-voip] Anyone know much about Syn-Apps?

I have experience with SA-Announce and overall it has worked very well.  50+ phones with a  mix of wired desk phones and wireless 7921/7925s.

We have only had to contact support a few times and they were helpful every time.

Looking for some info in Syn-Apps, does anyone on this thread use their applications - any views on product, support etc? Have a possible customer that could need some of their functionality, but want to know a little more about them first
