[cisco-voip] CRS Supervisor & Historical Reports Discrepancy

CRS 5.0(2)sr2. There is a discrepancy between supervisor desktop and historical reports accounting for abandoned calls and dequeued calls. For example, supervisor desktop today showed 1 abandoned call and 2 dequeued calls but at the same time historical reports showed 3 abandoned calls and 0 dequeued calls. So far I have found no information in CCO bug tool to indicate this is a known bug. Anyone out there already know of this issue and have a bug ID and/or resolution to recommend?
