[cisco-voip] CallManager 8x LDAP Troubleshooting?

Glad it was an easy fix.
For the longest time when setting up ldap integrations in the "ldap manager
distinguished name" field I would simply enter in "username at ADdomainname"
(example: ciscoldap at mycompany.local) and it always worked. Then I hit a
system where this didn't work. I ended up having to enter the account in the
"cn=ciscoldap, ou=system accounts, ou=users, dc=mycompany, dc=local" format.
I don't know why this was but I'm sure there is documentation somewhere that
tells me this is how it should be but I just missed it.
Thanks,
Go0se

Yes it was sweet when I could run Network Monitor (it's built into
Windows).but those days are over (unless we can run snoop ?) .I've not
driving 600 miles to setup a SPAN port and hookup my laptop.
Utils service system restart fixed it -jason

Packet capture is the simplest way to troubleshoot ldap. If you aren't
already point to the GC port (3289).

I setup CallManager 8x with LDAP, sync, can see my users under User

I enabled LDAP Authentication and tried logging into CCMuser with my Domain
password I get a failed login for CCMUser, etc.
Is there a log/trace for LDAP Authentication? Any tips?
