[cisco-voip] Customizing Unity Connection Failed delivery message

Sorry to barge in but I think I have the same issue.
I have a CXN 8.0 server with 2200 users. Operational for about 4 weeks. I have seen about 200 NDRs sent to subscribers.
No idea why msg delivery fails. How do I even view the NDRs?
