[cisco-voip] CallManager 8 > Phone > Directories > Personal Directories or Fast Dials, etc

Customers are logging into CCMUser and setting up Personal Directories and Fast Dials etc.

Then when they go to the phone and press Directories and Personal Directories it asks for their UserID and PIN which they enter via the Telephone User Interface (TUI).

Q1. Is there a way to disable asking for the UserID or PIN?
Q2. Under what circumstances do they have to re-enter UserID/PIN ? Reboot? Reset? Restart? Upgrades?
