[cisco-voip] CUCMBE 8 Account Lockout

I have a strange issue on my Unity Connection in a CUCMBE 8 environment.
My client says my voicemail is locked (not wrong credentials) but I cant
find anywhere, where I can unlock it. The manage password section is greyed
out and you cannot configure security policies, as it is Business Edition.
Any idea where I can unlock that voicemail account?
