How is the max number of calls set on the shared line?
It seems like it is set to 2 or more.

Subject: [cisco-voip] 9971 and shared lines
Group,
I am running UCM 7.1(5b)SU2 with phone load 9.0(3) and I have a somewhat
weird problem with the 9971s.
When I have the 9971 are part of a shared lined (either with another 9971, a
SCCP phone or a Remote Destination Profile) whenever I answer the non-9971
or another 9971 in the shared line, the 9971 keeps ringing.
Example:
9971 and 7942 with the shared DN of 3050. When 3050 is ringing, and I answer
it with the 7942, the 9971 keeps ringing while I am on the call with the
7942. I can talk to the caller and everything. If for some reason I were to
press "Divert" on the 9971, it then sends the call (even though it was
answered) over to voicemail.
Exactly the same with Mobile Connect setup.
When I have 2 9971's with a shared line, one keeps ringing while I answered
the call with the other.
Has anyone seen this?
