[cisco-voip] [OSL | CCIE_Voice] what features not available when Cisco CCM 7X Publisher is down

Anil,

Hard question to answer without having more information...

If you Publisher is down, and you do not have a Subscriber or SRST
available, then all processing is down. If you have SRST then SRST features
will be supported including call processing. If you have a Subscriber, then
call features that the Publisher provides will be unavailable and basic
write access to the Subscribers database...
