[cisco-voip] No Strip Out # in voice gateway

Dear All,

My customer request to send out #12345# to PSTN for international call
contral purpose, I configured route pattern in CCM 4.2 as 9#!# and I disble
the "Strip # Sign from Called Party Number" in service parameter. But when I
dial the digit #12345" in IP Phone, the voice gateway received #12345
only, is there any way that I can insert the # as last digit and send it out
to PSTN carrier? Thanks a lot.
