[cisco-voip] how do you deal with old VMs in UC

I get that. Already set the permanently Delete deleted items after 15 days.
This has not worked. I need to know how to "make" it work.
we migrated a month ago and deleted a bunch of VMs and was hoping that 15
days later it would permanently delete those items. it has not. How do I
force it?
