[cisco-voip] Question about CRS and using the Editor for queue scripts

Does anyone have a guide or site that explains the different prompts and how to configure them in scripts, such as sample scripts.    The Administrator guide is good but I seem to be missing the 'full' understanding of what can and cannot be done.
